Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN), established in 1959 and a member association of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), is the leading national non-profit making NGO working in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). It has presence in 29 districts of Nepal with significant contribution in family planning and reproductive health services.
FPAN invites sealed proposal (technical and financial) from service provider (consultant/consulting firm) for conducting a capacity assessment / building exercise on cash flow/working capital planning and management system. The interested firm must meet the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned under ‘Terms of Reference’ (ToR) available on FPAN website www.fpan.org.
An interested/eligible individual/firm/agency may submit the sealed proposal (technical and financial) and the same should be delivered either personally or by courier to Central office of FPAN, Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur by 23rd May 2025 on or before 5 PM. Proposals received after this deadline will be rejected. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. FPAN reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed proposals without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
