Invitation for sealed bids/tender to conduct a need assessment of FPAN's Human Resources

1.  Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) is a leading organization of Family Planning (FP) and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for last 65 years in the country. It has been a pioneer to bring changes in quality of life for Nepali people. Established in 1959, FPAN, a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), a major partner of the Government of Nepal’s national family planning program, contributing significant share in family planning/reproductive health services annually. FPAN is Nepal’s first national sexual and reproductive health service delivery and advocacy organization. FPAN works across 29 districts to provide essential SRH services to poor, marginalized, socially excluded, and undeserved (PMSEU) communities, including sex workers, people living with HIV/AIDS, LGBTQI people, IDUs, migrant workers, survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), persons with disabilities and people affected by disasters and crisis.

2. FPAN invites the sealed bids from interested bidders for conducting a needs assessment of FPAN's Human Resources. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the central office of FPAN, Pulchowk, Lalitpur upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00 (One Thousand) till 30-May-2025 during office hours. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account or online payment (QR code) or cash:

3. The sealed bids must be submitted to the central office of FPAN, Pulchowk, Lalitpur by hand on or before 12:00 Hours on 30-May-2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4.  The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hours on 30-May -2025 at the central office of FPAN, Pulchowk, Lalitpur

5.  If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. FPAN reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
